With the buckles, you can easily and freely adjust the rings’ height on the long straps (14.76 ft each). It is also coming with extra Non-slip Hand Tapes;

Please kindly note that the extra blue hand tapes are consumables, and need to be replaced regularly according to your frequency of use. Feed the strap through the ring
Prepare the buckle and strap
Strap starts from the bottom metal and through the metal
The force point is on the bottom metal of the buckle
Warm tips about the tapes
With the extra tapes, your hands won’t slip off the gymnastic ring easliy even when sweating.
This tape is consumable and needs to be replaced regularly
Wrap the tapes carefully around the gymnastic ring
Fix the ends of the tapes with the double-sided glue on it
If you want to wrap the tapes tighter, you can fix them with our black stickers.
