The Iron grip is made of Natural rubber for the carbon surface which is very non slip that brings a fantastic grip. It is a hand grip that works perfectly without chalk. On the bottom it is high quality suede microfiber leather which is very comfortable to wear. It has a wider wrist strap which is 3.8cm height that can help you protect your wrist better.
Zechen Fitness Iron grips are perfectly working with smooth, powder coated bars and rigs. We don't suggest using chalk with it. If your bars and rigs are with chalk, it would be great to clean them before using Sun Grips. It is a non chalk grips that work perfectly without chalk on your CrossFit rigs.
If you have been using slippery grips in the part, when you are using Iron Grips, there will be some adjustments needed when you come off the bar. Please pay attention to ensure controlled descent and emphasizing letting go instead of sliding off as you adapt to the grip. This is to avoid any discomfort when grips are still sticky on the bars/rigs, but your hands have come off the bars.
